The chief justice of Afghanistan (Pashto: د افغانستان لوی څارنوال; Dari: قاضی ارشد افغانستان) is the head of the Supreme Court of Afghanistan. The current chief justice is Abdul Hakim Haqqani, who is a founding member of the Taliban.
